Okay, you may have read my some of my Sonic the Hedgehog games blog posts, but have you read my new entire series blog post? Of course not! But, if you are reading this blog post, then you will read my new entire series blog post.
Here's a list of characters. (main only)
*Sonic the Hedgehog - a blue hedgehog wearing red trimmed with white running shoes with gold buckles. Can run faster than the speed of sound. His real name is Maurice. Sonic is known for easy-going attitude. He is 15 years old.
*Tails - Sonic's best friend. He is a yellow fox with two tails (as his nickname suggests). Tails is a computer whiz. He is 8 years old. Tails' real name is Miles Prower.
*Knuckles the Echidna - a red Echidna that has super strength. He is a friend and rival of Sonic. He is 16 years old. He is the last of what was a great civilization centuries ago.
*Shadow the Hedgehog - also known as the Ultimate Lifeform. He can do everything Sonic can. Shadow is ageless and immortal.
*Amy Rose - a pink hedgehog who is in love with Sonic. Although she is normally sweet, Amy has a giant hammer and she knows how to use it. In the video game Sonic and the Black Knight, Sonic and Amy had a date planned, but Sonic had to defeat the Black Knight at the time (at the end of the game, Sonic is telling Amy about his adventure in the game, but she doesn't believe him and thinks he abandoned their date. She then chases Sonic around while swinging her trademark hammer around.).
*Silver the Hedgehog - A silver/white hedgehog that has telekinesis. He is from the future (200 years from now) that has come to the past to make the future better (he comes from a ruined future where an unnamed evil has taken over the Earth.).
*Blaze - a princess from the future (200 years from now) and best friend of Silver. She has Pyrokinesis.
*Dr. Eggman - a mad scientist with the IQ of 3,000,000. He is the series main villain and is the bad guy in almost every game, except for a few spin-offs. His henchmen are Cubot (a robot in the shape of a cube) and Orbot (a robot in the shape of a ball).

SEGA's got a rock band that writes and preform songs and some of them are put in the games (like Knight of the Wind and His World). This rock band is known as Crush 40 (the reason why the name is "Crush 40" is because the head singer is 40 years old and the head guitarist loves crush soda.)
