Skylanders stuff

I'm sure you read my Skylanders blog posts. So here's a blog post about the whole series!!!

the mysterious Chinese
Dragon.

Apparently, there are two confirmed new characters: Alchemist, and Vac Eagle. Alchemist, as his name suggests, fights by drinking a potion which transforms him into a bulkier version of himself. Vac Eagle, judging by the fact he has what appears to be a laser gun, probably fights using different styles of gunfire.

Here's a list of Skylanders that I think are truly unique.
  • Sunburn - the only winged Skylander who can't fly. He is unique because he can teleport AND has a dash attack. Normally video game characters have only one or the other.
  • Slam Bam - a four armed Skylander. He is unique because he is the only character that has ice powers.
  • Drill Sergeant - the only inorganic Skylander. He is unique because his third power (Auto Blaster) is automatic, therefore the player doesn't have to push a button to activate it.
  • Ghost Roaster - an undead Skylander. He is unique because of his Ectoplasm Mode, which makes him indestructible but loses a small amount of health over time (a large amount depending how long you stay in Ectoplasm Mode.).
  • Stealth Elf - a ninja like Skylander. She is unique because she can turn invisible.
  • Tree Rex - the first confirmed Giant Skylander. Like all Giants, he can pick up large heavy objects and throw them with little effort, can barrel through basically any kind of blockade, and from what I'd seen he can pull pieces of land over to where he's standing.  He's unique because of all these traits and has a cannon mounted on the lower half his arm (it also covers a bit of his right hand, specifically everything except the fingers and thumb.).
  • Flavius - though technically he's not a Skylander, he is classified as a warrior. He is unique because he can allow you to fly by having you ride on his back (Spyro can only fly just above the ground. Flavius can get hundreds of feet in the air.).

TRIVIA
  • In the Dragon's Peak Adventure Pack, Dragon King Ramses says that he knows exactly who will be the next Dragon King when Ramses' time as king is done to Flavius, hinting that FLAVIUS will be the next king.
  • Captain Dreadbeard (from Pirate Seas Adventure Pack) is the only bonus level boss that is not fought in a boss fight. The first time he challenges you to a game of cards. If you win, he almost instantly retreats, only hesitating to tell you that he double-crossed you by kidnapping Jess LeGrand. The second time, he does the same thing as last time, but lets Jess go. Then he again almost instantly retreats, only hesitating to tell you that he will be back.
  • In The Beginning trailer, there is a Chinese dragon fighting alongside the Skylanders. No body knows who this is. Please tell me who you think is this dragon in a comment (picture seen above).
  • I'm probably the only one to notice this, but I've noticed that Kaos only uses elements with obvious differences.
  • Another thing I've noticed, he has only three of the four Skylanders (Darklanders in his case) in the elements he does use.

    Season 2 of NINJAGO

Have you read my old blog post about NINJAGO? There's a new season and there's going to be supreme awesomeness!!!

The Ninja (Kai, Zane, Cole, and Jay) have defeated the Skulkins (a Skulkin is a undead warrior.) and Lord Garmadon now, but they are about face a scaly new foe..........The Serpatine!!! The Skulkins were nothing compared to these monsters!!! They are half human, half snake. They have been banished to rot in underground prisons. But they have returned to wreak vengeance on us (Well, it was our ancestors that banished them.)!!!

    Here's a list of Serpatine.
    • Skales - The leader of the Serpatine tribe known as Hypnobrai (Hip-No-br-i). He was once second in command until he overthrew the original leader, Slithera.
    • Slithera - the original leader of the Hypnobrai. He accidentally hypnotized himself when he saw his reflection. Because of that, Lloyd Garmadon took over the whole tribe and had them do his chores.
    • Mezmo - Mezmo is no more than a soldier. His only job is to obey orders from his superiors. According to his profile, he comes from a long line of Hypnobrai Warriors, and wants to get promoted to the Warrior rank as soon as possible.
    • Rattla - A scout of the Hypnobrai that (according to his profile) has hypnotizing problems. Also according to his profile, he does not care what his orders are and is more than willing to fight almost any foe.
    • Fangtom - the (double) head of the Fangpyres (Fang-PIE-r). Fangtom, unlike most Serpatine, has two heads. Also, he has a friendship with Skales.
    • Fangdam - Like Fangtom, he has two heads. Unlike Fangtom, he has real legs (Fangtom only has a snake coil/tail.).
    • Fang-suei - Fang-suei is nothing more that a soldier, a bit like Mezmo. A red Mezmo. But unlike Mezmo, he enjoys his position as a mere pawn. He also likes eating candy.
    • Snappa - A scout of the Fangpyres. He is acrobatic and believe me, his bite is worse than his hiss.
    • Skalidor - The leader of the Constrictai (CON-Strict-i). He is by far the tallest of his kind, as everybody else is three feet tall (half a inch in real live.). For some reason, he wears an eye patch over the left eye.
    • Bytar - Like his leader Skalidor, Bytar doesn't have two normal snake eyes. Unlike Skalidor, Bytar has no eye patch. the left eye appears to be scratched off by a wild animal, for the area around his left eye is chock full of scars and claw marks.
    • Chokun - Despite being a Constrictai, Chokun is very lightweight (Constrictai are like sumo wrestlers. They are supposed to weigh a lot and use that weight to their advantage). But he makes up for it with a nasty bite.
    • Snike - Snike is the only sniper in the Serpatine. But being both cross-eyed and colorblind, he winds up missing his target. A lot. But he hasn't given up hope!!! He practices on large bugs.
    • Acidicus - the leader and brains of the otherwise intelligently challenged Venomari (ven-UM-Mar-e). He has four eyes, and can make you hallucinate by spraying you with venom. Also, he supports Pythor P. Chumsworth in his plan to reawaken the Great Devourer.
    • Lizaru - If you are a Serpatine then this guy's got your back. He's got four fangs in his chops (teeth) and he knows how to use them. Plus, he sells potions. The main ingredient? His venomous saliva.
    • Spitta - This particular Venomari has a bit of a problem. Due to incredibly large teeth, he quite literally can't keep his mouth shut. Because of that, he drools poisonous spit all over the place. But he use vials to contain the said poison and sells it to Venomari that have limited venom to use in battle.
    • Lasha - All of the Venomari have four eyes. Except for Lasha, because one of his eyes is like scratched off by a wild animal (fan-theory). Therefore he has three eyes. Also, he's a scout. He warns the other Venomari of incoming hazards, tracks down enemies all the way down to the enemy home base, can read footprints, scratchmarks, carnage, and scent like a book and have the others finish off "prey" he tracked down. Despite have a non functioning eye the rest of his eyes have really good vison. He can spot you a mile away from a lookout tower no matter the location, no matter what time it is. And that's a fact!
    • Pythor P. Chumsworth - the King of the Serpatine. He is the last of his kind and is the only Serpatine that can speak in a English accent! Also, he has a long flexible neck that (in the show) often curls and bends.

The Serpatine have a variety of vehicles. Here's a list.
    • Fangpyre Mech - a humanoid robot with a snake head and a flexible tail. Pilot: Fang-suei.
    • Rattlecopter - a helicopter with a snake head but lacks the traditional snake tail. Pilot: Fangdam
    • Fangpyre truck - a monster truck with a snake head and a flexible tail. Pilot: Fangtom (pilot) & Fangdam (co-pilot)
    • Fangpyre Wrecking Ball - a vehicle with a mechanical arm that has a rope which has a giant metal ball on the other end. It also has a snake head and a flexible tail. Pilot: Fangdam (LEGO set), Fang-suei (TV show).
    • Snake Spinners - used by the Serpatine in Spinjitsu battles. Pilot: Every Serpatine that have normal or short legs, not the ones with snake tails instead of legs.

There is a fifth Ninja now. He's the Green Ninja. It's Lloyd Garmadon. That's right, Lloyd Garmadon. The one that took over the Hypnobrai. Well, Skales overthrew Slithera and banished Lloyd for using the Hypnobrai as his pawns. Then Lloyd became good after reading a book about the Serpatine called "Never trust a snake". The rest of the Ninja have two new forms. Kendo mode and Zx mode. In Kendo mode, they wear armor and fencing masks partly exposing their face. The Ninja mainly use Kendo mode when sparring against one another. In Zx mode, they have crests on their masks, shoulder guards over both shoulders, and have sheaths on their backs to put a total of two swords in. They unlock it after going deeper into their full potential. There's also this new Samurai X character. I know his identity but I'm not telling. I'll give you a hint though. He is a sibling to one of the Ninja not including the green Ninja.

I have some Serpatine jokes! Why did Fang-suei cross the road? He thought that there was candy on the other side!!! Why do Serpatine have a hard time sleeping? They don't have eyelids!!! What do you get when you have Rattla buried up to his neck in sand? Not enough sand!!! Why wouldn't the clam share his toys with the Serpatine? He was being shell-fish!!! Why did Pythor eat the other Serpatine's dinner? With a mouth as big as his, any body could've been that hungry!!! What is the only thing Fang-suei won't eat? Anything healthy!!! If Bytar has no nose, then how does he smell? Awful, even with a nose!!! What did Rattla hypnotize Mezmo into doing? Bringing him lunch!!! Okay I'm done.

    Star Fox (series)

I already know you read blog posts of mine about like 102 different video game series. So I'm going to make 103!!!

There is a video game series known as Star Fox. The main hero is, you guessed it, a fox. His name is Fox McCloud. His wingman (a wingman his like a partner in a dogfight. A dogfight is where a number of jet pilots duke it out in a brawl in the skies while in jets.) is Falco Lombardi. Unlike Fox, Falco is, you guessed it, a falcon. Also unlike Fox, Falco has a collected, brash, and just plain cool personality. Fox, on the other hand, is serious all the time.

Here's a list of Star Fox games.
    • Star Fox - The very first game.
    • Star Fox 2 - This game was changed to Star Fox 64.
    • Star Fox 64 - Originally Star Fox 2, but Nintendo gave it some tweaks (a tweak is a change in design).
    • Star fox Adventures - This is the first game to not to have the usual Arwing (the Arwing is the primary vehicle used by Team Star Fox) dogfights.
    • Star Fox: Assault - a hybrid game consisting of a on-foot 3rd person shooter (a third person shooter is where your playing has, Arwing dogfights and piloting the Landmaster (the Landmaster is a tank used by Team Star Fox.).
    • Star Fox 64 3D - a near identical version of Star Fox 64. Only difference is this one is in 3D and is on the 3DS.

Here's a list of vehicles in the series.
    • Arwing - Primary vehicle. It is used mostly for airborne battles.
    • Blue Marine - Used only for underwater missions.
    • Landmaster - Used as a tank and for ground battles.
    • Great Fox - The mothership of Team Star Fox. It can deploy Arwings and Landmasters at will. However, the Great Fox doesn't have any weapons itself.

NOTE: Pigma (who is from Star Wolf, but was kicked out because of his greed.) has a metal replica of the Miss Piggy (from the puppet show the Muppets) mounted on his ship. Well he did, until he was possessed by Aparoids (insect like aliens that have the power to possess stuff like machines and can mutate living life forms) and turned into a Aparoid satellite. My guess is that the Aparoids wanted free HDTV. But this was not what they really wanted because the "free HDTV" thing was just a joke. Also, Pigma got BLOWN UP!! Hey ever heard about Pigma when he BLEW UP!!!! Hahahahahahahahahaahahahahaha!!!!!!!!! Ever met Pigma? No? That's because he BLEW UP!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a comedic genus!!!! What do you get when you have a blown up Pigma buried up to his neck in sand? Not enough sand!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! Okay I had my laugh. But anyway, remember this..............memorize these Pigma jokes and tell them to your friends!!!!! Hahahahahahaha!!!

    Oscar's Oasis

Ever seen the movie Rango? Then try comparing Rango (character) to Oscar. Oscar is a lizard that lives in the desert.

Here is  a list of similarities between Rango and Oscar.
    • Both live in the middle of nowhere (the desert, not literally nowhere.).
    • Both eat bugs.
    • Both are clumsy.
    • Both have frog-like tongues.
    • Both encounter a gang of bullies at least once (Rango: Jenkins gang. Oscar: the Trio.)
    • Both are small when compared to other characters.

Here is a list of differences between Rango and Oscar.
    • Oscar is a cross from an amok, for being able to split his tail off and grow a new one, a chameleon, for having the chameleon-like tongue, and a gecko, for being able to run super fast and climb walls super fast. Rango, on the other hand, is all chameleon.
    • Oscar doesn't wear clothes while Rango does.
    • Oscar apparently likes eating eggs.
    • Oscar has no dialogue whatsoever.

Oscar's Oasis is very funny show. Here's a description.
Oscar's Oasis is based on the life a lizard named Oscar. Some examples are trying to steal a chicken egg, falling in love with a girl lizard and finding water.

    TRIVIA
    • Oscar has no dialogue, leaving the audience guessing for what he's saying.
    • A running gag (a running gag is a comical feature that is shown in cartoons a lot.) in the show is that something humorously bad happens to Oscar at the end.
    • In the episode Fly Force One, Oscar breaks the fourth wall when he loses his power of flight (gained from eating a jar full of flies), he turns to the audience and waves to them right before falling thousands of feet from the air.
    • Sounds from the 8-bit Super Mario Bros. can be heard when someone gets hit by a projectile.
    • a dog accidentally teaches Oscar how to find water. Later in the show, it is revealed that the dog's name is Roco.
    • Because their is no dialogue, the show pauses for a moment and the main character has his or her name appearing next to their head when they first appear in every episode.

    Kid Icarus: Uprising

The Kid Icarus series is the second smallest video game series, the smallest being Fossil Fighters. But that is not important right now so lets get back to Kid Icarus. The series becomes bigger when Super Smash Bros. Brawl came out. Pit was once again playable after a decade in Brawl. And after that came Uprising. Pit keeps his appearance from Brawl in this game. Also, his black color swap from Brawl is in this game as Dark Pit (but the eyes are blue, where in Brawl, they were red.).

Uprising has unique three stage levels. Here's a list of known levels.
"Chapter 1: The Return of Palutena
Chapter 2: Magnus and the Dark Lord
Chapter 3: Heads of the Hewdraw
Chapter 4: The Reaper's Line of Sight
Chapter 5: Pandora's Labyrinth of Deceit
    Chapter 6: Dark Pit
    Chapter 7: The Seafloor Palace
Chapter 8: Star Ship of the Heavens
    Chapter 9: Medusa's Final Battle
    Chapter 10: The Wish Seed
Chapter 11: Viridi, Goddess of Nature
Chapter 12: Wrath of the Reset Bomb
    Chapter 13: The Lunar Sanctum
    Chapter 14: Lightning Battle
    Chapter 15: Mysterious Invaders
    Chapter 16: The Aurum Hive
    Chapter 17: The Aurum Brain
Chapter 18: The Ring of Chaos
    Chapter 19: Lightning Chariot
    Chapter 20: Palutena's Temple
    Chapter 21: The Chaos Vortex
    Chapter 22: Scorched Feathers
Chapter 23: Lord of the Underworld
    Chapter 24': The Three Trials
    Chapter 25': The War's End"

Something worth noting is that EVERY level has a boss at the end. However some bosses are fought at the middle or even the beginning of levels. Hewdraw is one of them, for he is fought in the beginning, middle, and end of the level he is encountered.

Another thing worth noting is that Pit often breaks the fourth wall (a term used by gamers. Gamers use it to describe characters that either A: make a reference to the real world, B: pointing out that everybody is a video game character or C: talk to the audience.) a lot by labeling bosses as bosses and in level two he says "Hasn't the whole 'dark lord' thing been totally out already?". This is a complete reference to how most video game villains have "dark lord" in one of their alternate titles.

NOTE: List of levels is from Icaruspedia.
